Website content
Original text, designs, code and mockups on this website remain with their respective rights holders. Publishing a concept does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to reproduce or sell it.
You may view the website, share links and use material where applicable law or an express licence allows it. For other uses of protected material, including republication, adaptation or resale, obtain permission from the relevant rights holder.
Creator materials and identity
Creators retain their rights in their existing content, brand assets and other protected materials unless a separate agreement provides otherwise. Contacting the studio or discussing an idea does not transfer those rights.
Permission to use a creator’s name, likeness, branding or protected content must be agreed for the relevant project. A public reference to a creator does not imply endorsement or partnership.
Products made together
Ownership of new deliverables, any transfer or licence of rights, permitted uses, source-file access and revenue share are defined in a written project agreement. These terms should be settled before full production.
Payment, funding the build or sharing revenue does not by itself define the intended ownership arrangement. Neither party should assume that all rights are transferred or jointly owned without an agreement that addresses them.
Existing and third-party components
Existing tools, reusable studio components, fonts, open-source code and other third-party materials may be governed by separate rights and licences. Any project agreement should distinguish these from newly created deliverables and explain the rights needed to use the finished product.
Using a finished product
If a product is offered for download or sale, its permitted use and any sharing, modification or resale conditions will be stated in the product-specific terms. This page does not grant a general licence to use every concept or future product.
Any applicable statutory exceptions and mandatory user or consumer rights remain unaffected.
Permissions and concerns
For permission requests or concerns about material shown here, contact the studio with the relevant page and a description of the material or rights concerned.
